My advisory engagement focuses on building strategic partnerships with therapists, mental health clinics, and healthcare organizations while optimizing their B2B model and platform integrations with practice management systems like Simple Practice. Together, we are developing market entry strategies and partnership frameworks to drive adoption among mental health professionals seeking to improve client engagement and therapeutic outcomes between sessions.

HappierMe is a mobile mental health application designed to complement and enhance therapeutic practices. Founded by Dr. Manoj Krishna, a former cardiologist with a passion for mental wellness, the platform addresses the critical need for continuity of care between therapy sessions by enabling clients to capture thoughts, feelings, and reflections that can be shared with their therapists to improve session efficiency and therapeutic outcomes.

My advisory engagement focuses on optimizing their dual revenue model, establishing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and payers, and positioning the company to capture market share in the growing digital health ecosystem. Together, we are navigating the competitive landscape to drive user acquisition and revenue growth in a market serving over 130 million Americans with multiple chronic conditions.

Ayuda Health is a digital chronic disease management platform that bridges the care gap between doctor visits. Founded by CEO Marsha Haynes, who brings over 20 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience, the company addresses critical challenges in medication adherence and lifestyle management for patients living with multiple chronic conditions.

Core Solution The platform centers on a comprehensive mobile application featuring "Yubi," an AI-powered health assistant that provides personalized medication reminders, vital sign monitoring, and real-time health coaching. The solution integrates seamlessly with wearable devices and medical equipment through Bluetooth and HealthConnect, while offering voice-to-text symptom tracking, caregiver network coordination, and healthcare appointment management.
